Hello, I’m Danielle, the creator of Little Minds.

With over 17 years of experience in early years education, I’ve worked my way up from a student on placement to Nursery Manager and HR Lead. Along the way, I’ve supported teams through Ofsted inspections, written company policies, delivered in-house training, and led staff with a focus on wellbeing and professional growth. As a parent myself, I’ve seen early years from both sides — as a professional dedicated to quality care and as a mum placing my trust in others to nurture my own children. That perspective shapes everything I create through Little Minds: practical, beautifully designed resources that save time, reduce stress, and help early years professionals feel confident and supported.
