All products available on this website are delivered as digital downloads. Once a file has been purchased and accessed/downloaded, it cannot be returned. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:

• You purchased the same item more than once in error, or

• There is a technical issue with the file that prevents access, and we are unable to provide a corrected version.
